Refund policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to exchange it for another one of our products. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the item you want to exchange will need to be sent to the following address: 19275 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura, FL 33180. 

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
